Guys I need advice.

Married to Pakistani guy who applied a marriage visa based on EU family law. Long story in short: he received now permanent resident card based on eu settelment scheme etc. My husband now laughs on me that I can't cancel his permanent residence card. What I suppose to do. He is not behaving as a husband at all. Please help me asap. Also I wana submit divorce application.

You need to report him on this link and provide supporting document. https://www.gov.uk/report-immigration-crime For the divorce, you need to see a solicitor or contact the Citizens Advice Bureau. Now that you are on this website, please read for the information and use the knowledge to decide on the way forward. Please note that once he has permanent residency its difficult to get this revoked unless he commits a crime.
